- To order from us, simply select the items from Health Shop and follow the instruction to Checkout.
- You can order from this website by using your login ID and password.
- If you face any difficulties, email us at customer.service@HeHaHaHealth.com, or call us at 03-8994 0900 from 9.00am till 5.00pm.
- To find out more about a particular product on the website, go to Health Shop, and click on the product picture or the product name. This will give you all the available information about the product.

| Delivery Charges |
- Free delivery charges for purchase above RM 100.
- For purchase below RM100, RM15.00 will be charged as delivery fee.

- We can deliver most of our products anywhere within Malaysia except on some products. In our online Health shop, these products are highlighted with “Delivery Available for West Malaysia Only”.
- We deliver the product to you within 4 working days for West Malaysia and 7 working days for East Malaysia from the day of order.
- There is address book make available for you to save multiple delivery addresses. You can order on behalf of your parents or relatives and select the delivery address from the address book and we will deliver accordingly.

- We accept both master and visa card Online payment . Besides, we also accept E-Debit payment by Maybank2u (via FPX), AmOnline, Alliance on line, RHB online (via FPX). Hong Leong on line, PbeBank (via FPX), CIMB Click, Bank Islam online. We also accept payment by PosPay and Mobile Money.
